Went to use one today, (only the third time). I sprayed some QD on it to prep, and the damn thing started to crumble in my hand. Piece of junk. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Decided today to try this out. Washed with Meg's NXT wash (first time, finally). This is a nice wash, not much suds, but alot of lubricity. Does a very nice job of cleaning the paint up. I used a MF applicator to apply the AJ. Rubbed it in pretty good, almost to where it just disappears...

Since I live in an apartment, this is my plan. Wash and dry at car wash, I only use their water, my sheepskin mitt and shampoo, dry with WW. Get home, clay with Optimum No Rinse Wash as lube. Should I QD, then polish/glaze or go straight to polish/glaze? Then seal. Never tried this process...
