I'm a newbie to using machines and saw someone using a DA and it looked pretty easy. For polishing a black car and trying to remove some spider webbing, would a DA or a PC work better for me ?

I'm looking for a good detailer in Maryland that can successfully remove light scratches from my black finish without adding swirls ? Anyone ?

I polish and wax by hand using either terry or foam pads. I take the stuff off with terry towels. Is it ok to wash the towels with the waxing pads or will this cause a problem ? i.e.. will stuff from the pads get on my towels or does the washer pretty much clean everything ?

To see how a detail job is going in my garage, I think i read that fluorescent lighting is best. Is this true ? I have a black car and its hard to see how things are going until i get the car out in the sun.

Has anyone used Meguiars products NXT or their new product #21 (fully synthetic) and compared to Zaino products, specifically on dark colored cars ?
