Anyone ever had their machine serviced by RUPES? If so did you need a receipt/proof of purchase?? I don`t think I ever got a receipt. If I did who knows where it is now. They also seem to have a lot of stipulations for repairs. Thanks!

My RUPES polishers eat backing plates. I`m sure that I`m not alone here with this problem. Was wondering if anyone has found a adhesive that can be used to repair. Ive searched all of YouTube and found nothing which I find odd considering all the other garbage there concerning this trade...

The detachable cord at first glance was really appealing to me. I figured this would help make it easier to store. However, after polishing a car and having it vibrate loose 25 times I`m wishing that I had my old unit back. Is there a secret to making this cord stay in place??
