Browsing through the local Zellers store here in Nova Scotia and came across the car care section, very smal section, and lo and behold, they had Zymol cleaner wax marked down to $8.50 Canadian. Like the product or not, this is a great price so I picked up 3 bottles.

I do a few wash and waxes for co-workers. A couple of these have older, badly neglected paint, and I know they won't do any up keep after I'm done. Is this a decent product to use to fix a few defects as well as give a decent shine and protection?

Having a small dent repaired on the front of my hood today, darn highway rocks, they tell me only a small area will be repainted, maybe 6 to 8 inches across, but the entire hood will be re-clearcoated. Will I have to be worried about clearcoat overspray, or will it be un-noticeable or invisible?

I have an order on the way, Acrylic Jett and Carnuba Jett. Can I layer the carnuba over the acrylic? Is the Acrylic Jett long lasting and a good LSP on its own? How about ease of use. I may be the only user of these products in Nova Scotia!!!

Could you tell me which is the more aggressive of these two polishes, Optimum Polish or Meguiars #2 Fine - cut cleaner. The meguiars product has an abrasive scale on the side of the bottle, great idea, and this one is rated #5 out of 10.
