After polishing I would like to use a sealant before I use a past wax. Which would be best for this EX or EX-P and what is the difference?

I presently do not use a sealant glaze, after polishing I go straight to waxing. Is there any advantage to using a sealant glaze? Does it make the paint look better in any way or give better protection?
