    non-streaking vinyl protectant for tonneau covers

    Is there a vinyl protectant for tonneau covers that will not wash away and streak down the sides of the truck when it rains? I've tried both 303 and Vinylex and they both streak, although Vinylex does it to a lesser degree. And yes, I did wipe off the excess following applying the product. Thanks
