Currently I am using Stoners IG on the caravan with the factory tint and it works fine. But I'm afraid to use it on the aftermarket tint on the GN. What product is recommended for aftermarket tint?

I have an aluminum turbo shield that could use polishing. Now since its under the hood, it gets dirty or dusty. Before polishing it, should I spray a QD on it to get the dirt out then polish? When polishing aluminum, should i use a light or firm pressure?

I find that when i wax the GN, the wax feels like it doesn't glide easy with the yellow foam so i have to put pressure. Is the wax supposed to glide like oil when being applied?

after being on this board for i've learned a lot about car detailing and all the techniques and products everyone uses. Great board!:D I was wondering if its ok to use those big bath towels($5 a piece) to remove polishes and waxes. they are 100% cotton too.

For those who like to apply their waxes and polishes and cleaners by hand, do you like to use a back and forth motion or circles? How much pressure do you apply?
