I sprayed CD2 engine detailer on a customer's black rubber mats and they are dry and way too slippery. What will remove it of these matts? Simple green??

Sorry not really any good before shots.. 15yr old Ford paint.. (not great) Hood needs to be repainted due to acid rain and only 2.5 mils of total paint and primer on hood!!! Wet sanded with 2000 grit. Rotory with Power Gloss. PC with IP. I wanted to leave some orange peal for that...

I tried wet sanding and it really didn't make much of a difference. This pic is before I tried anything. It is rather large. Anything opinions? Should I use 1000 grit? I tried 2000. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey all... the subject is my 1991 Ford Bronco. It has original paint and has only 20k orig miles. I did a test area of wet sanding and it made a huge difference. My question is this.... has anyone started a wetsanding project only to wish they hadn't when they were half done? I dont want one...

Has anyone used something on their fiberglass top to make it shine? I haven't found anything that is good. Someone told me to coat it with pure carnuba wax, but that didn't work out that well. I tried Meguiar's trim detail but that didnt do anything. Any suggestions??

I used the rotory with SSR3, and had a really nice glass like, swirl free finish. Decided to apply Mother's sealer glaze by hand, now there are very fine spider web swirls!! How come? I thought glazed filled in the fine swirls. And they were not there before i glazed!! :nixweiss
