Does anyone here only use 4 inch pads with a rotary? If I understand correctly 4 inch pads are less dangerous than larger pads. Is this correct?

I ordered some Mernzerna SIP from detailers domain and the bottle says "Intensive Polish". Nowhere does it say Super Intensive Polish. I see no other model numbers on the bottle except for the detailers domains sticker that says PO83. They could've always put the wrong sticker on the polish...

I'm pretty much just using ONR now to wash my cars. I think I do it quicker than any other method. I've never detailed an engine before, is it possible to do this with onr in a pump sprayer? Will I need something that sprays harder?
