What are yu paying your assistants who do not polish paint? Someone who: Wash Wheels Vacuum Shampoo Wax/seal Set-up and Clean-up I was thinking of $15hr or 100 flat per car until I can teach them to polish.

Im noticing that the vapor machine can be a little excessive on some older coated leather seats, as well as raw hides. Scrubbing with an ultra-diluted degreaser or leather cleaner and a soft brush are extremely time consuming. What are you doing to clean leather safley?
