Does anyone have any experience with this pad (or any of the wool pads) used on a Flex? Any idea if this would give me any better ammo versus the water spotting or would it clean up wetsanding marks better than a foam type pad?

1) Does the Flex normally get pretty warm around the silver housing? How long should it stay this warm? 2) How much pressure are you guys applying when removing defects with the Flex? I may have more later, but these are the two that have popped into my head using the Flex this afternoon.
