Can this etching be cut down/improved?

It looks like you don't have much clear coat left on all the paint... Have you used a good, paint thickness gauge to measure in Microns, how much total thickness you have??? I would not as a Detailer, want to do anything to this paint if I measured it and found out the total thickness was really thin... Good luck with this...

It doesn’t use clear coat. It’s original Single Stage paint.
