A friend inadvertanly drove through where the yellow stripes had just been painted on the road. No he has yellow splotches of paint all along the side and in the wheel wells of his new 4 runner. What is the best way to remove this without damaging the clearcoat or the paint?

Found out about the site from Club Frontier. What a great bunch of info. Some really fine work going on by the folks on this site. Not a detailer, just looking for some good info and instruction.
