I have watermarks, basically dried water deposits, on my paint that I am assuming the sun baked in. I need some advice on the best way to go about removing this. Ive tried a basic 3 stage waxing... car looks good, but the water marks are still there. Someone help me, haha.

plastic runners are horrible I bought a used Trailblazer and the dealership probably did their infamous 10 minute wax job before they hand over the keys... there is leftover wax on the plastic door guards that I can't seem to get off now, any suggestions? It's hard to see on the pic but...
