I have a PC and use the LC 7.5 in. pads. I would like to purchase a rotary either a Makita or DeWalt. My question is can I use the same velcro backed pads on the rotary as I ahve been using on my PC?

What is the proper procedure, first deoly a swirl remover then a pre-wax cleaner polish; or Pre-Wax cleaner polish than Swirl Remover. The Swirle remover I'm refering to is SSR2, and the Pre-Wax Cleaner Polish is AIO. Thanks in advance
