I think the name of the pad is worrying me more than necessary. I have a lighter scratch you can't feel with your fingernail, but even on 6 speed and meguire's compound m205....just won't quite come out. Am I better moving to the medium-heavy pad, and if so, what speed setting?

Title says it all. I have some fine scratches on my paint I don't really feel comfortable buffing out on my own.

Is there some sort of good "magical" solution so that I'm not spending 15 minutes cleaning my wife's Mercedes wheels every time I wash her car? This goes for my California Special Mustang GT 2011 as well which has a ridiculous amount of spokes on the stock wheels.

Nothing special really...just lowered on Ford Racing springs 1.5", tinted, with Maganaflow Competition muffler delete axle backs.
