guess the bird poo got ahead of me. There`s a small spot that in the right light (or wrong, depending on your point of view) I can see the clear coat has a dull spot. Can that be feathered in or repaired in any easily or am I sol?

I`m looking for a recommendation for a spot treatment product or method for when the birdshiz or sap hits the paint. Something portable for travel.
