    Repairable?

    Just wanted to see what you guys think. I have 1 dude that thinks this can be wet sanded down. I think all these areas need to be re-shot. Looks like there is NO clear coat left, and some deep scratches. Have no idea how this happened. Let me know what you think. Needed my hand for some...
