Just bought a motorcycle and got it for a smoking deal. The micro scratches and a few other things are killing my ocd. First off the front fender has deck stain on it. Does anyone know how to remove this stuff?

So my 2022 4 runner has a portion of satin painted interior and its showing a few tiny little scratches that are driving me right up the wall. It’s always clean and i’m using CG Total Interior. Is there a better way I can protect these painted plastics?

My paint feels rough to the touch almost like sandpaper.Im thinking it needs a clay bar but my question is can I wait till winter is over which is in about 8 months before I do it without it doing damage to my paint?I just bought the truck and dont know how long its already been like that.
