Well, this one continues to get good reviews so I ordered a gallon. Hope I didn't make a mistake as the small bottle was only $10 cheaper than a whole gallon.

Its been a little while Don, are you still using this stuff? I have mixed feelings about it. I like the look, but the durability for me is just not there. Its hardly better than a normal water based shine, but as you noted its is thick and for me more difficult to apply.

The key in doing this right, no matter what the equipment is to not water log the batting underneath the carpet. Go easy on the liquid and don't drench anything and you will be fine. Stick a box fan or similar in the window for the afternoon in the sun and it will be dry by evening.

Honeslty if its for one car, and you already have a shop vac, just use sprayers and the shop vac with a crevice tool as the extractor, you'll have as much power as the LGCM if not more. I'm old school for interiors, including carpet, I love Megs APC, its proven over time not to wreck anything...

I agree, it doesn't finish like a true finishing polish but it is good enough for most colors. The attraction for me is how well it cuts, even by hand. Its my go to for life's little scuffs. Bonus is it doesn't leave a greasy mess behind that you have to deal with.

I picked up some of this stuff recently, I know, as always, super late to the party. As all the reviews say, the gloss is really good on this stuff, really deep and clear, its pretty much like you'd expect from a real coating. Its pretty slick as you apply but gets amazingly slick as it cures...

Oh man, maybe next time you can roll the window down and ask them what they used, for a friend....lol.

The products looked interesting but the reviews seem to be just average. Personally the reviews that carry more weight for me are the ones that compare to a well known product and I didn't see much of that.

I might have to check out the Uber, but I've used a few rinseless wash and what stands out about the DG is that stuff just doesn't stick to it, the next time I wash, if its with 932 or traditional, the paint feels crazy slick and even stuff like tar just washes away with a light swipe...

Well I got a call back from Betsy who said she talked to the owners and said they're going to work on restocking some things on Amazon. I'm excited!

Yeah, that's my issue, the 932 was around $35 a gallon from Amazon or Advance Auto. At $70 a gallon shipped, I'm buying something else probably....

I called, they are indeed still up and running, I mentioned that it would be nice if they restock Amazon, hopefully they will consider it!
