Friend of mine owns a black Malibu, they were at a gas station and they were painting the over hang. Apparently some paint specs got on the car, this has been a couple months as they have done nothing about it. We've tried a polish but to no avail, would a claybar take the flakes out possibly...

Me and a buddy detailed our cars, I used a Meguires Polish on mine followed by a Meguires NXT wax (which I only found a review for the spray on this board). We just did the wax on his Toyota. Let me know what you guys think, any constructive criticism what have it.
