I've been reading a bit about rotarys and I'm deciding on which machine to get. Right now I'm leaning towards dynabrade. My question is that most of the rotary pads are 7.5" or larger, while the smaller pads are labebed as "dual action". Is this correct, or can you use any pads on any machine?
