    Rare for Nova Scotia

I have never seen a winter like this on the south shore of Nova Scotia. Is this what global warming is all about? Warm enough last week to wash and put on 2 coats of Meguiars #16 At least this will hold for the rest of the season

    For the Love of Clay

I always keep my car immaculate. It is washed several times per week, waxed or sealed very regularly, and it is generaly not allowed to be dirty. I think its an Autopia bylaw, right? Well I got into something this past week that contaminated the surface, maybe road work. The whole car felt rough...

Sunny Day, Blackfire topped with Pink Wax

Finally a nice day here in Nova Scotia, so the car got washed and waxed. Already had a couple fresh coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond , so I just topped it with a coat of FK Pink Wax. No polishing needed as I am the only one to touch the car, got it from the dealer Nov.30 with the plastic on it and...

    Blackfire topped with Pink Wax

Is there anything better to do on an Easter Sunday than put another coat on the car. Had a couple coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond Paint Protection, so I decided to top that with FK Pink Wax. I must say I like the resulting look.

    Another de-badging

I did it to the Audi and liked the clean look so I took the letters and numbers off the G37X this morning. Seems to be no marks or marring from doing it. Then got a coat of Meg #16 on top of FK1000P.

    Mar.3 using JW Acrylic Jett

While its plus 1 Celsius, here in Nova Scotia, very cloudy, so what else was there to do. I washed and waxed the car. The tire shine froze before I could smooth it. Using the wipe on wipe off method, I gave the car a good coat of Jeffs Acrylic Jett. AJ is not easy at the best of times unless you...

    Autoglym Available

Their products are now available at Canadian Tire. Looked at the store here in Bridgewater N.S. and about 6 or 7 different items available. So what are their must try products?

    Snow Removal

Did you ever get funny looks from neighbours blowing snow from the car with a leaf blower. Do you see any downside with using this to remove LIGHT FLUFFY snow only, not ice or crusted snow?

    Finally bit the bullet

After looking at mb c300, bmw 328 and 135, audi a4, mitsu evo, I finally got a new car. 2009 Infiniti g37x. Funny because I tried to buy one when I got the A3 and couldn't reach a deal. This time I dealt with the son of the last salesman I dealt with, and reached a deal at the last minute. They...

    Hard to decide

Torn between two loves, 2009 MB C300 4matic, or 2009 bmw 135. I know 2 very different cars, but both very nice. Half hour test drive in the Benz, and one scheduled in the bmw. Benz was very impressive in smoothness, quietness and the feeling of solidity. Plus a very nice looking car. Only...

    Pricing 2009 C300 MB

Like to get some opinions on a fair price for this car. It is a 2009 Demo Mercedes Benz C300 4matic premiuim package. Anyway, this car has 10000 km. on the odometer. It has been used as a demo car, btw they do not let the car out without a salesperson along, so I doubt if its been abused. The...

FK 1000 Hi Temp Paste Wax

Just received the above from Autogeek, and on opening it, the wax was very hard. Usually if you rub the applicater on it, ,the surface will soften up. I didn't have the time to play with it today, but am wondering if this will soften up or is it normally that hard.
