Saturday, I used my PC 7336 as a sander. Worked quite well, but since that is what it was designed for, that was no real surprise.
My spring project is fixing up an old pontoon boat and new carpet was the first item on my list. The PC did a great job of removing the adhesive residue and small remains of carpet after I pulled the majority up. Using the adhesive nacking plate that came with the 7336, I used 80 grit Norton sanding discs. 60 grit might have been OK, but I didn't want to tear up the deck anymore than necessary. Just took a little longer and did a good job.
Just thought I would remind everyone with a PC, it can be used for more than polishing your car.
