O RLY?
O.K. Here goes the most childish, day-dreaming, naive question I've ever asked. It's about time for me to get that all important first car. But I don't know what I should be looking at. What has come to mind is an SUV, pickup, or a big sedan. Kind of the extreme sides of the spectrum, but this is the stage of decision I'm at. 2 of my cousins have '94 Chevy K1500s and love them. They are running strong with both over 125k miles. I've worked quite a bit on both, they are very easy to service. That's about the only pickup I've considered so far, but I know there are a few more good ones out there.
As far as an SUV goes, I'm thinking along the lines of a midsize (4 Runner, Blazer, etc.) I'm not really sure what some good choices are in this category.
Acuras and Infinitis really impress me. They clean up good, no matter the age. When I detail one every once and again, there's some kind of comforting vibe about the job. I feel more satisfied after doing one than any other type of sedan. I don't practice Fung Suey or any of that BS you can't spell or understand, there's just some feeling I get when I detail one. I don't understand.
Am I drifting enough?
Anyway, I'd greatly appreciate some advice. Biased or not, anything helps
