Received my order from Properautocare.com have problems

Last week I placed an order from www.properautocare.com becasue I just bought a PC (which will be here on wedensday) and I needed to get a backing plate and some pads ect...

I ordered 1 backing plate, 1 cutting pad,2 polishing pads, and 1 finishing pad. And a few other misc products. I received the order today and was disapointed as I think I was shipped the wrong products.

According to the page they are selling a 6in backing plate and the pads are 6.5in pads (which would leave a 1/2 in over hang) I opend the package and everything that was ordered was there but the backing plate is the same size as the pads I sent them an e-mail regarding this hopefully it will be resolved

Regardless of what the catalog says, the CMA pads measure 6 inches. I just measured mine. They work fine with the 6 inch backing plate.

I have some Meguiar's flat pads they measure 6.5 inches. I go back and forth between the concave CMA pads and the Meguiar's flat pads. I don't have a "feel" for whick I like better.

You should be OK with the 6 inch pads, but you might mention to the folks at CMA that their product does not meet the advertised specs.

They are good folks to deal with.
