This forum is full of talented people, and I would like to say Congrats to Roshan(ihaveacamaro) for getting into Dental School.:bigups

Also welcome to Nova!!! I am finishing my Grad school here as-well.
 
Thank you so much Dhaval!!! It's been a crazy and surreal day yesterday and today, I'm still in shock and just hoping that it wasn't all a dream!!

My Camaro means too much to me. I learned how to polish on it. I learned how to jack cars on it, take wheels off, work in the engine bay, and learned how to cut sheet metal and drill holes all on my baby. One day I might have a nicer car, but I'll always be ihaveacamaro :bigups

That is why I dont have the heart to sell my 2001 Acura. Its my first love and will always have a space in my garage. My goal is to get a classic tag on my TL one day :D.

Congrats Roshan!

You were no doubt aware that Dentists have the highest suicide rate among the top 20 tier of highly compensated professionals? ;);)

I have no idea if this is still the case but I looked into going into the Dental Field when I was much younger. During that time I was made aware of that tidbit. That wasn't really what swayed me, truth is I'm just not that smart. Back in those days they were still making wooden dentures. ;)

You know, I did know that, and I have my own theory on that. The thing is a lot of people go into dentistry for the $$$ or at least they try to. Then they hate every day working in someone's mouth. If you can't stand doing your job and your job doesn't seem like fun I can understand why you might go crazy.

However, I love it! I think it's so much fun and just like polishing a car is an "art," dentistry too is an art! You have to be able to make a 3-Dimensional shape like a denture and make it fit perfectly into another 3 dimensional space like someone's jaw and have that mouth perform all it's normal functions. It's certainly something I can see myself doing in the future.

I think brains are only 1 part of it, passion for the art is much more important :bigups

Crazy though about the wooden dentures! Never even heard of those!
