Menzerna Fast Gloss Compound (FG-400)

Super fast cutting action compound that leaves a high shine finish

  • Uses ultra-fine abrasives for fast cutting with minimal swirls
  • Removes up to 1200 grit sanding marks on fresh and aged paints
  • Can be used with a dual-action or rotary polisher

Menzerna polishes changed the way that I, and many others, polish paint. They live up to, and define, German engineering excellence. Their latest offering in the United States is Fast Gloss 400 (FG400)!

A lot has changed since Menzerna first released PG1000 in the states. Increases in abrasive technology have lead to a new bread of super polishes that deliver fast cutting action with a high-quality finish. We have all been waiting for Menzerna's offering in this new era of compounds. It is here!

this is great news todd. menzerna is my go to ever since i learned about machine polishing cars. will most definitely be on my next order.

I need to pick this up. Found out the hard way on my last detail that my current compounds may not always work.

I've been using this product for several month's now and for a HEAVY compound,it leaves a decent finish for your last polishing step and takes out some pretty heavy paint defects....but use caution when using.Definetly want to make sure you have enough clear to polish down when using this product.
Also very minimal dusting (VERY MINIMAL) :)

I don't know man, this stuff is close in price to M101 and the last Menzerna compound I bought was the pits, I ended up using it as a target for my .357, I think I will stick to Megs.

So my question is this.

How does this compare to cut and finish of M101 / M105 / D300? I am using M105/D300 now and like it but I am always looking for better option.

Can't wait to hear the impressions. If I add M101 to the line up, defects be gone! I hope...

I am thinking about doing M105 vs. FG400 and perhaps a separate, all-inclusive M101 thread. There is just so much coming out now that is just awesome. It is a great time to be a detailer.

Just ordered some. Looking forward to giving it a try.
Looks like an aggressive product that finishes nicely.
