Clearkote VM in comparison to PwC

Not really. PwC is a closer to a one step product that VM. VM is a hand glaze with very minor polishing properties and some protective wax (petroleum base) added. I don't imagine you could use the two of them together.

VM is better suited under a pure carnauba such as Carnauba Moose Wax, Natty Wax, S100/P21S, Souveran, etc. It will offer wetness to a finish.

PwC can also be used under those products. It will offer a cleaner and clearer appearance.

Yup ScottWax uses the combo and it gives a very distinct look to it. I believe awd330 messed around with the combo too. :)

I think VM and PwC give very similar results. PwC may have a little more "bite" though.

I use VM for canubas and PwC for EX.

I think VM and PwC produce very different results. VM is closer to SSR1 in terms of appearance, though SSR1 is more effective at removing surface marring. VM followed by EX is a beautiful combo on dark metallics. Perhaps my favorite. VM with a straight carnauba is also very nice. I prefer using PwC on lighter metallics as it seems to make the metallic flake pop out more than VM on those colors.
