Liquid Natty Blue

See my post on AGO - you're in. All I ask for is some pics and a well thought-out opinion. :bigups

:yourrock

I'll do my best. I plan to apply it with my Flex 3401 and a finishing pad. Should be fun. (I don't typically apply LSP's via a buffer since it can be wasteful with sealants such as Zaino)

I really will not be satisfied until Poorboy's World releases Natty's Purple Creme Wax! Not too red, not too blue... I want PURPLE! Not paste, not liquid... I want CREME!

:lol2: Seriously, best of luck with the new product. Can't wait to get my hands on Natty's Blue Liquid.

Purple? Don't you just want some Black Hole then?

Blue, blue, my wax is blue
Blue is my world now I'm without you
White, white, my life is white
Cold is my heart since you went away

Red, red, my wax is red
Crying for you alone in my bed
Green, green, my A P C
I doubted you and now we're apart

LOL Bunky, only a few of us will probably get the reference. I immediately picked up the tune in my head and "sang" along. :D

OK, I just went out and applied a second and more thorough coat of Liquid Natty Blue. The first one was a real quick application because the rain was coming. I'll get a pic while I am out there removing it. Then I will refrain from waxing for a while to see how long it seems to last.

Bring that stuff up here Dave, I can tell ya in a week if it makes the grade with my washing regimes...

Ok as promised, here are a few photos. My car has not been clayed or polished since about this time last year, just rinsed, spray and wiped, washed and waxed. I applied a very quick coat of Liquid Natty Blue the other day and a more thorough coat today. Here is a pic without flash and then one with flash. Just to give an Idea of what type of gloss this stuff produces.

Had you come to Detail Weekend, you could have gotten some to try for yourself.

I have not 1 but 2 businesses to run here with limited help. .....:notme:

I am sure i will make one sometime, business before pleasure at least around here...

Is the durability supposed to be the same as the paste?

i can't give a definite answer at this point, but I think it should last a bit longer., Two things to consider because it's a liquid, it will have more cleaning ability than a paste, especially if applied by machine, which will also means it can not be layered.

:thanks Thanks; that's some interesting info I wasn't aware of. So, anytime you apply additional product (sealant/wax), it only creates a more uniform layer, not an additional buildup? Is that the case with all products, or just this one in particular?

I really wouldn't comment on other companies products, but for LNB it would make a more uniform and continue to make the surface slicker with additional coats. At least that is the finding we have seen during testing.

Well I've got a bottle for testing coming from AGO. I guess I'll see if I eat crow on my thoughts about liquid carnuaba waxes.

im not sure LNB is made to eat with crow.. you may wanna try some salt and bbq sauce.. i was told that i couldn't put black hole on a hot dog.. too many rules and regulations with products these days :(

You mean you couldn't ? My wife tells me that too. :rofl
