Yes that is who it is.

I have heard that W. Churchhill was a world class wordsmith. There are many different stories as to the origination of the quote but it does not matter to me since I like the way he broke the rule of prepositions and still got the point across.
 
Yessir! Hmm... there seems to be a trend here...

I grew up on Henny Youngman. He was a vaudeville fast talker that made the rounds on TV shows in my youth. Which is the beginning of TV. Gosh, I don't think of myself as old but I am sure dating myself, eh?
