I realize this the Autopia forum and yes I decided to by some Polishangel products directly from Travis Kent at Polishangel USA as I was looking for a couple of products either no one else had or where out of stock in. My question is has anyone ordered directly from Polishangel USA before and what has your experience been? Reason I ask is I placed an order Tues 11/6 and haven`t heard a peep except for my initial `your orders been received` email. I`ve left a couple of messages and sent a couple of emails with no response. Curious if others have had similar experiences. Hoping to hear something as a client as specifically asked for these products on his detail.
 
I’ve ordered several times from polishangel.com and never experienced any problems. The products are shipped directly from Germany using DHL and come just as quickly as ordering from AG in my experience.

Did you receive an email confirming your order?
 
I had the same experience, you will however get a tracking number when it ships from DHL. Travis is not very responsive to e mail. One of the reasons we stopped using it. An excellent product line though.

Yes I did - I guess I just need to be patient.
 
Polishangel markets their products as being made when they are ordered, so it is possible that could account for some of the “delay.” I think you’ll be okay...
 
I`ve had the same "no response" from Travis to either voice mail, email or message. It has made me a little cautious to order from them
 
No issues in the past, but late or no replies from email. My last shipment got a tracking number within 2 business days.
 
I`ve ordered through them twice and received both shipments via DHL in half the time it takes to receive my orders from AG (in Ohio).
 
Hmmm - been over a week now without a peep. Not having the experience others have posted. I would have expected something by now. But I`ve seen a couple others say 10 to 12 days so I wait.
 
my last order took 6 weeks to ship and i had to reach out to PA in Germany. Brandt was a big help as I was getting no response through any comm channel I tried with Travis - emails, fb, phone. nada. ill order from autopia next time lol
 
Now I`m more than a little irritated. It`s been 2 weeks now and still no products. I finally resorted to contacting Polishangel Germany directly via email and did get a response that the order would be shipping within 48 hours... That was last Wed 11/14 and still nothing! Buyer beware unfortunately as it appears things have changed for Polishangel.

Don`t know how I missed your post but thanks. I did receive an email from Polishangel Germany so hopefully I`ll see it one day. :)
 
It’s a shame, stopped using them because of this reason. Really liked them but when you schedule people for polish angel and you can’t rely on delivery, gotta do something?
