I've had these rims for 8 years now and they're turning yellow. How would you experts clean and restore the white?

Thank you in advance for any tips...

I'm not sure if you mean by "yellow" that the wheels are uniformly yellowing which might be a paint-aging issue, or if you are seeing staining in certain areas either from brake dust or possibly rust from brake components. If it is staining, an acid wheel cleaner should be effective. Certain acids can be extremely dangerous to handle, so this should be approached with caution/care if you choose that route.

I think it might be aging issue since all rims (not just this one) are becoming yellowish over the years... thanks...

I think you misunderstood...if each wheel is uniformly yellow, it could be a yellowing of the paint due to age (heat, UV exposure, etc). If it is just certain parts of each wheel (spokes or corners, for examples) then that would point to some sort of residue or buildup (staining), which might be able to be removed chemically or mechanically. This kind of residue might also permanently stain the paint, however.
