Perma-Plate

A customer of mine is buying a new Esclade. He called asking if he should get the Perma-plate. I did not ask what the charge was but I adviced not to.

Anyone know much about it? from what I have read on the net there is not much tecincal info just the hype at their web site.

We paid something like 500-800 bucks for the crap. They claim it will last something like 5 plus years if I am correct. Not worth it if you ask me.

perma plate

Its sort of plastic looking like a extra clear coat. Bottle says aplly every six months or every 3 months if you have a dark color car. I stipped it off after i found that i had this detailing mania.S many products so little time to try them all.

Only extra coating stuff I have ever seen work is the 3M protective plastic stuff. But that stuff is expensive.
