Which Meguirs Wax to Use

I just got done using the Ultimate polish and I liked it. It is not a glaze like mentioned in another post or at least I don`t think it is. It got rid of my micro or swirl mark and brought the shine out of the clear coat again. As for wax I would think if the Ultimate wax is anything like the Ultimate polish it would be a winner. I had a can of Meguiar`s paste wax in the tin can that was a few years old but it seemed to have a water content in it and I come to use it on my current ride and when I opened the can it was moldy and kind of dried out. I chucked it in the garbage. It is sad to say but my last car hardly seen wax and can`t believe how well it stood the elements after 8 years and still look nice is beyond me. I myself am currently using Finish Kare FK1000P and only have used it once, 2 coats, for winter protection and in the spring I am thinking I need to switch to Blackfire products.

I have found that NXT 2.0 has lousy durability, it`s history in a matter of weeks. After several attempts with it I gave it away to someone I didn`t like.

I have the Meg`s UW and I really like it for what it does. It goes on very light and it comes super easy. It wont change the color of any plastice other give it a nice shine and some protection. It beads water pretty nice also.bgftc

The best thing about NXT 2.0... you can layer it and it fills. It sure doesn`t last very long though. Maybe that`s because of the fillers perhaps?

Nxt 2.0 does have crazy fillers in it...

but it does work

if you really wanna stick with megs - I`d do what todd suggested

#21 followed by #26 (after the sealant has been given time to cure)

That makes 4 of us that do this.

Only other thing I use wax wise of theirs is Gold Class paste.
