    BFWD- For reason already discussed

Meguair`s #21- Give a litte deeper not as glossly as some other sealants.

Duragloss #105 and #111- Good price very nice glossy look. On darker paints I have found that 105 darkens the paint then topped with 111 give the paint a nice wet glossy look.

Opti-Seal-Very easy to use when pressed for time.

How many coats do you normally put on? And what type of "dwell" time between coats?

    What was the disappointing experience?

WGDGPS is my favorite, and yes, I`ve tried BFWD.

The shine/gloss just wasn`t as THERE as with the other LSP I had used at that time -- I used it once a few years ago, and was so disappointed that I never used it again (on my black beauty, or any others). As I recall, the finish was not as reflective nor as clear/hard as that which I realized with the other LSP I used then.

The LSP bar has certainly been raised since by other manufacturers (e.g., Megs, Menz). After seeing how many die-hard fans are here, I`ve wondered whether BFWD has since been re-formulated as well -- if so, I might give it another chance.

I think it has been reformulated, although I don`t know when and whether what you used was the old vs. what is out now.

Looks wise, I`ve never really been able to distinguish between product A or product B (other than Zaino which to me looks like it has a bit more shine than everything else). Where I think BFWD excels is easy of use, non-staining and slickness, with slickness being the biggest difference over other LSPs.

Wolfgang 3.0 and Blackfire. Both are easy to use and seem durable. I still use Zaino Z2 on rims, but no where else.
