I`ll let you know. I`m new here and I feel stupid asking but what is IPC and APC?
Thanks
IPC= Isopropyl Alchohol
APC= All Purpose Cleaner (A good OTC brand is Purple Power or Castrol Super Clean. Stay clear of Simple Green)
OTC= Over The Counter
H2o= Water
BTW Welcome to the site <:-P
BTW= By The Way
I agree with the APC and IPA. That should do the trick.
Let us know how it works out for you.

:-t You already have the wax... so wax over the dried on wax!
Just use an ample amount (more than you normally would), and rub gently.
The ingredients in the wax are good enough to keep it from hardening in the can, so they should certainly be able to handle a thin layer of dried on wax.
Yup. That`ll do it! :wizard:

Hey Kevin,
Whats been happening buddy. Tell Annie we said rarf, rarf and give her a belly rub <:-P
I was going to recommend waxing over the infected area, but the vehicle would still need to be washed first so I figured I would recommend the quickest way. Your method sounds better though, as mine would do some damage to the LSP for sure :-?
I learned by accident that if you have dried wax on trim, the easiest way to remove it is to wax over the infected area then wipe off "with the quickness" (wtq is copywrite material by~Bing INC) it will all be gone bye bye. This is another idea I have recommended in the past and have been told is was a hack method. I swear, I can`t get no love it seems :-B
I hope the OP chimes back in and lets us know how it turned out. So many times ppl will make 1 post and you never hear back from them again ut:
Hey, I also have a couple more questions about that work truck you did. I will postum up in a bit X_X
Just finished. I didn`t have any IPC on hand and I just ran out of engine degreaser. I just decided to use Griot`s Machine 3 and polish that area out and then I put Danase wet glaze on and then put some Mother`s back on. It`s gone now.
I didn`t know that wax, if left to dry, can get that hard.
Great News. Thanks for posting your results :wizard:
Glad it worked out for you.:

Try removing it with some more Mother`s Carnauba Paste Wax. Its a cleaner wax and `likes will remove likes`.
