I read several different detailing forums. Here are my consensual rankings of wax and sealant favorites:

    Waxes

    1) Swissvax Best of Show/Concorso/Smaragd (everyone seems to love its look, ease of use, and durability)

    2) Pinnacle Souveran (an American beauty wax favorite--not so popular outside of the U.S.)

    3) Dodo Juice Supernatural

    4) Poorboys` Natty Blue (best carnauba paste wax value?)

    5) Collinite 845 (die hards go with 476s or 915 for durability)

    Synthetic Sealants

    1) Zaino

    2) Blackfire Wet Diamond (BWD has been getting a lot of enthusiastic press on several forums over the past few months; it is definitely the up and coming sealant)

    3) FK 1000p (people love its durabiity and value)

    4) Klasse SG (still seems to be quite popular in U.S. and U.K.)

    5) Opti-Seal (the most popular of the WOWA sealants)

Okay, so far a few recurring products...

Souveran (I don`t think there is any doubt this product is highly regarded)

    Dodo SN

Poorboys (but Blue or Red -it`s a toss up).

Maybe one of the Collinite waxes.

    As for sealants...

No doubt Wet Diamond. I see this product getting more and more hype all over the detailing world (and I know its been around for a while) but it seems to really be catching fire.

    Wolfgang DGPS 3.0

    Zaino

    Klasse SG

    ----------------

About Fuzion... I don`t see too much hype about it, other than on that other site, moreover, I`m not sure if it`s a wax or if it`s a sealant. Isn`t it a bit of both?

Waxes (I don`t have five favorites of each. I just stick with what works)

Blackfire batch 23 (I have a truck load to work through before I go back to Midnight Sun)
    Collintie 845
    Fuzion
    P21S

    Sealants

    Blackfire WD
    Klasse
    FMJ

My latest combo: Klasse topped with Blackfire WD
I hear voices in my mind and you’re worried that you’re the freak.

    Sealants:
    -Blackfire Midnnight Sun
-Zaino Z2/Z5 (obviously layered and ZFX`ed)
    -Duragloss 601/105 combo
-Collinite 476S (remember that it is synthetic paste sealant)
    -Klasse Twins (AIO/SG)

No JS109 here, because to be it is more of a durable glaze, rather then a sealant. Nice product though, but when we talk about sealants - durability is what matters the most.

    Waxes:
    -RBOE
    -Zymol Vintage
-Autoglym High Defenition (I`m surprised that PAC doesn`t carry the entire line of Autoglym, very nice products in their line)
    -Dodo Juice Supernatural
    -Chemical Guys Pete`s 53

    Supercharged,

Isn`t Midnight Sun a carnauba "wax"? Same with 476s, no?

Which is RBOE (I can`t seem to figure it out).

    I don`t see much chatter about Pete`s 53.

    Hi Guys,,

I hope I don`t jump on any toes here!!! I and as well as some of you guys here are wax addicts..I have about 40 jars of wax in my fridge..Besides Megs 2.0 paste, Eagle One Nano, and 3M paste wax, the rest are all boutique waxes. To name a few: Souveran Pinnacle, Fuzion, Midnight Sun, CG 50/50, CG E-Zyme, CG Pete`s 53, XMT 180, P21S Concours and P21s 100% Carnauba, TOL Trade Secret, TOL Pizzaz, Sonax, Zymol Carbon, Glasure, Concours, Ital ( Red Jar 2nd. generation marketed for Ferrari owners at $384 a pop), and etc...... I also, have Vintage and Royale..They are great waxes and there is a difference to be seen. Although it might not be a huge difference when compared to Pinnacle or Midnight Sun or even Concours, there is a difference....Does the price justify it? Well, it is all relative.. I truly don`t think a regular customer would tell the difference between P21S Concours and the Royale..However, I just don`t understand why most people on the Forums want to hate on Zymol..That usually tellme me theyr`e doing something right when everyone keeps attacking them..This is just my opinion and I hope I didn`t ruffle any feathers..

    Rubbish Boys Original Edition

Dodo Juice has a Rubbish Boys Juiced Edition which is soft wax where OE is a Hard Wax.

Here is an interesting read on how a member on a different forum developed it in his kitchen. Home Brewing

Midnight Sun is carnauba wax, Collinite 476S is NOT. Just because it is a paste doesn`t mean it is carnauba. It is a paste sealant. RBOE is Rubbish Boys Original Edition. As far as Pete`s 53, many love it for tight beading action, plus it looks stunning on a top of JetSeal 109.

Not that I disagree with the statement that 476s is probably best described as a sealant wax, but it does appear to have at least a tiny bit of carnauba it. According to the Collinite FAQ, 915 has more carnauba in it than 476s, which would seem to imply that 476s has some carnauba in it, however miniscule. AG also advertises it as a carnauba wax.
