    Re: P&S Beadmaker?

For me Bead Maker is perfect. I want the gloss and the extra slickness, and I am not concerned about durability because I wash and reapply Bead Maker every week.
Yesterday day in 20 degree weather I did a rinses wash with ECHO2 and then used bead maker with no issues. This morning my car was glossier than yesterday. I do feel the Bead maker makes the car easier to keep clean. For some reason I do not like Reload, I really wanted to like it because I really like CarPro. I also really like Sonax spay& seal , Hydro Blue, PA HG, Kamikazi Overcoat and Hydrosilex. I didn`t care for Angel wax TI22. I like gloss and Bead maker is perfect for me.

Shoot me a PM if ya want me to send my 80% full bottle on to you. Although it`s certainly entertaining and was worth it to satisfy my curiosity I don`t see a need for it in my particular situation.

    Certainly collects dust.

Was at a show today, car got dusty as all get out.

    Interesting. Especially considering it’s slickness.

    Static charge perhaps.

Yes, interesting. I seem to get the opposite. Where I park my car all week at work the tractor trailers are driving by constantly, everyones car is always full of dirt and dust and mine is not. Everyone always comments that my car never looks dirty.

As always I appreciate the generous offer. Other than just to play with I can’t see the use in it either. I’m afraid it would just mess up a coatings ability to shed dirt. I’ve gone back and forth on whether to get some, but right now I don’t think I would use it. Thanks again. Maybe some leftover Kamikaze though, lol.

True, it`s durability is not good. I throw it on after each wash as a drying aid and it`s so very satisfying. At US$10 per bottle I don`t understand why people who are curious don`t just try it.

I think of it as glossiest detail spray available. Never tried it. If someone has some and doesn’t care. Try adding 16 oz bottle half full 2oz reload 2oz ech20 4oz water? Create a super detail spray. Gloss so high would blind mere mortals?

Beadmaker beats out ECH2O Reload mix in gloss, ease of application, slickness and smell.

Cost, no, protection, no. But neither should be relied on for protection.

    Can’t comment on Elixir.

Cheers Guz, I’ll check it out.

I’ve seen an Elixir review from a trusted source and it was praised but I prefer to test it myself.

Good video showing the gloss of both. Would you use Beadmaker as a QD? One of the reasons I haven’t got Beadmaker is I don’t know when I would use it. Maybe right before a car show?
