Yes. No real reason, except, I like to. Sometimes.

Agreed. When I have the time I just find the process of hand applying a wax really soothing and peaceful. lol

As a drying aid YES. I just put 10 min paint sealant on my Xterra over the weekend. I contacted Nick about using the Rinse free wash & wax I have mixed up for a drying aid. If it can be used over the sealant. ABSOLUTLY.

When I voted my thoughts were, "nope, never have...never will." Then I remebered I`d use a spray wax after almost every wash when I still used sealants.

I haven’t done it in awhile, but considering PA Master Sealant followed up by Fusion for my wife’s daily driver instead of coating. The humidity and temperature here in GA really effects the coating process and sealants are much more forgiving.

Does spray wax count? I still use some spray waxes after washes some times. Paste or liquid wax Nope, I am glad for the coatings and Wipe on Wipe off sealants. I have lots of hobbies and I need more time to do them.

I use sealants so I don`t have to wax.

This. The wax seems to add a little depth. I`ve also done a spray sealant over spray wax. There are some spray waxes that do a nice job filling swirls and maybe the sealant keeps them on the paint a tad bit longer.

Any commonly-available examples come to mind?

Somebody told me that D156/UQW did a little filling, but it didn`t do it for me at all.

The one I referred to above ("common availability" will be determined by your location) is PDP Body Gloss. PDP is based out of my childhood home, Canton, OH. Parents are still there. Great products and their physical store is amazing. Other than their website, not sure who else carries them.

    I typically waxed over Opti-Seal with 476s or 915.
