Looking forward to durability results on a couple cars I`ve used this on. Seems thick. I used to use Opti-seal as a drying aid lsp for maintenance washes but never felt happy with the durability. The gloss is noticeable too. You can even tell in the video to the spot he applied it to on that 55 Tbird.

Definitely going to be picking up a bottle of the new McKees37 10 Min Paint Sealant. I was a huge fan of the older Blackfire and Wolfgang WOWA`s.

Its been years since I used anything similar besides Optiseal. I`ll stop by the Autogeek lobby to take a whiff for you though. They have a Blackfire display there

Since it`s a clear product you`d think it would be OK on pebble grain black plastic, but it`s not mentioned anywhere in the video.

Great feedback Ray... thank you. I was curious how this one might stack up to Opti-seal. The added SIO2 component makes the McKee`s option intriguing.

Thinking this is the direction I’ll be heading. I’ll still miss the Crystal Seal.

I’ve still got 2 bottles of BF Crystal Seal I picked up on a Bogo. I wonder why they discontinued it? Good stuff.

I was surprised that I couldn`t find this product in the "store", but could find it over at autogeek. I think I`ve heard they are owned by the same organization and share a warehouse so does it really make any difference? Do they stock the same things usually? Are there prices usually the same? I know that I should know the answer to these questions, but I don`t, so just wondering

You are correct. Often times the two stores aren’t updated at the same time. You can however request anything that AutoGeek sells from the Autopia Store by asking for the product in the comments box. They’ll get it in your order. Why would you do this? Autopia will match the price and you’ll get rewards points towards future purchases. AutoGeek doesn’t offer the bonus program but they too will match any online retailer’s pricing.
