    Re: Hydrosilex Recharge

If you go to their website, they have a deal. Pay for only shipping.

Thought why not, cleaned up the BMW using Uber Rinseless as a waterless mixture and then HydroSilex.
Don’t know longevity but the liquid is very watery fluid. It did get the paint a smooth coat.
BMW has never been polished, it was helping a friend who needed it.

Didn’t prep the paint with anything.

I received mine last Friday. After a wash, I used it as a topper. Very easy to use.

I went to their web site. A 16 ounce bottle was $35 plus $10 shipping.

Bummer, it was $10.00 shipping for 16 oz, no tax.

Don’t know how long that promotion lasted.

I was planning on ordering a bottle to try. But emails to the manufacturer and DD concerning the MSDS go unanswered. Not going to spend $40 until I find out what is inside the bottle.

If neither will send the MSDS then there must be a reason for it. I didn`t need to buy it anyhow

    RandyinTN ------

Did you look at Phil Yiu`s website ? I sent you name of it..

He seems to really like it and was the first one to get it and use it.

Perhaps you could email him and ask him the MSDS questions and see if he knows the answer..
    Good luck !

Thanks for the link...what the heck, for $10 I`ll give it a try.

Seems as if the last few months have seen what used to be coating maintenance products (Reload, c2v3 and such) morph into stand alone products, marketing-wise.

I dunno about all coating mfgs but once part of the club (Certified Installer) the price drops significantly I think; sometimes monthly minimum order thresholds must be met although.
