    How about CSL+EXOv3+EXOv2

I have a few bottles I need to get rid of before they go bad...so I was thinking

    CSL+ EXO v3 and then EXO v2

am I just crazy? I think I`m gonna at least try this on a fender

definitely not practical for customers or anything like that but I love me some experimentation and the car is up for a good washing and I am getting tired of looking at the marring on the passenger side, time to polish it and since the clear is pretty thin I`m gonna go ahead and coat it with something

    either Cosmic v2
    or some GTECH cocktail

    thoughts?

ok so how about the logistics

I know I can top CSL with EXOv3 almost immediately...but should I wait a day or two to top with the EXOv2 ? car is gonna be in the garage for several days as it is raining all week and into the weekend and I work from home so it`s not going anywhere

I have CSL+EXOv3 against CSL+EXOv2 and I like certain things about both of them so I decided I`d like to try this to see if I can have my (shine) cake and eat it too. hahahaha

On their site there is only a time limit on the EXO being applied over the CSL it doesn`t say anything about EXO coats requiring any length in between

    Re: How about CSL+EXOv3+EXOv2

Shouldn`t be a problem applying exo on exo at whatever time. Here`s an email I sent to Rob at Gtechniq a couple of years ago:

    Hi Kevin,

No problem at all.` I would recommend prepping the surface with Panel wipe prior to application to get the best bond.

    Rob,

How much of problem would it be to apply exov2 over exov2 applied 6m prior as sort of a maintenance coating?

Cool! Looking forward to seeing what you do. From my own CLS + EXO application research Gtechniq recommends apply EXO within a 24hour window after applying CLS.

If still you have any EXO left over, pls let me know - I may end up needing a small amount to recoat the area I scratched if Essence + doesn`t work > re-polishing is needed.

    Re: How about CSL+EXOv3+EXOv2

well I was slowly working at the car, got it fully decon`d and clayed and was gonna polish tonight but I have a drop off tomorrow and its supposed to rain so I will need my garage so I am kind disappointed as now I will have to wash and decon again! dangit! and my ocd won`t let me put my potentially naked paint outside even for half the day in the sun so I guess I will put some QD+ or something on there for a days worth of protection
