How does this stack up as a AIO? Is the protection decent?

It is know as an AIO on steroids .. cleans better and lasts longer ... great protection for 3-6 months (conditions are always variables) but we have a tremendous amount of detailers who use this as their go to for customer`s Daily Drivers , who are not interested in multi-step and higher end details.
It`s also a favorite among boat and RV detailers as it works wonders on Gel Coats ...

PWC is awesome on boats and watercraft. I have been using it on mine for years. Does a great job of cutting through oxidation as well.

Me like..........
carnauba
I have never tried the PwC Blue. Now PwS, that is my go to AIO It does a nice job cleaning up minor flaws, and is just a breeze to wipe off. It never stains trim either. I think it is the most under rated AIO on the market. It is also friendly to quite a few carnauba toppers!
I`d be PWC (blue) + EX would be pretty sweet combo
I know PWS and EXP is killer (then red or black on top...mmmm gloss)
Difference between blue and the regular white carnauba polish ???

Yes, White is for light colors and Blue for dark colors, but the differences begin with what you are applying it to. As I stated earlier, PwC is a great AIO for Gel Coats (Boats, RV`s etc) but PWC blue should not be used or used with caution on Gel Coats .. Gel Coats can absorb color and if you are working on a white or light color it can absorb a slight tint from the Blue. If you are working on a darker color, then either one.
