They don`t make many mistakes, when they do, they get fixed fast.

    Great service

Idk, I`ll likely send it back since I didn`t pay for it. They didn`t say one way or the other.

My guess is you get to keep it. Places that believe in taking care of their customers- which PBMG does- usually send the replacement and don`t ask for the incorrect product back when it was their mistake. I guess it`d be different if it was something really expensive but for this... I`d be surprised if they sent a return label.

Guess I`ll find out when the box gets here tomorrow. I already polished out the hood, which had 2 layers of cquk on it. That took a while, it just kept showing these rainbow colors and the polish was heating up really quickbeven with menzerna which typically has a fair amount of life. This stuff was just drying out soooo fast and the first bit of fleet wax was just sort of soaking into the paint, so I knew it wasn`t all off.

You get to keep it! Sorry, me and Paul got a little confused on who was replying to which email. I was away on vacation for 4 days and didn`t reply to your PM until after his email.

Anyways, you get to keep our mistake. Enjoy

Right stuff came today, might be able to get a panel or more done, but I`m watching my little guy today, so I`m not sure.

Ok, I have not had any time to try this stuff, as usual. However, I thought I would share some of directions on it.

Of course it says to apply to a clean, dry panel that has been deconed solovent wiped using either bodyshop panel wipe, "neat" IPA, or specialist paint cleaner.

for application ensure thin, even application and allow to cure. It goes on to say "while the wax can be left longer to increase bonding, removal may become more difficult and result in an inconsistent finish. So. "Immediate buffing is `safest`. Allowing wax to cure for minutes or hours will increase performance. A QD may be used to aid in removal.

wax can be layered 1-24 hours after first coat has been buffed. It`s also ideal to not allow the panel to get wet for 48-72 hours because it may cause spotting.

One me thing I liked was the bit of honesty in which it states "because carnauba has a large particle size the coating will naturally degrade and become contaminated compared to pure nano ceramic sealants and needs to be maintained to increase the lifespan. A mild acid based wheel cleaner may be used to clean the coating on a monthly basis. Avoiding alkaline products and APCs.
Also avoid the use of clay bars clay mitts and abrasive polishes.

If the wax has been applied inconsistantly or needs to be removed for repainting, the surface will need to be cleaned with a traffic film remover, Clayed and then machine polished, using solovents is unlikely to remove the wax.

as you can see, application directions are a bit vague which I don`t like. The fact that spotting is mentioned is a good, honest approach. It also makes no mention of expected durability, which is also nice to see since so many variables exist with that.

Anyway, just a little info and if I ever get time, I`ll hopefully be able to get the review up.
