    User friendly coating

I have been thinking of doing a coating on our cars but I would like something that`s easy to apply. As I have stated in the past I am a weekend detailer and a believer in the K.I.S.S. method. Suggestions ?????

    Thanks !!

Doesn`t get much easier than the Pinnacle black label diamond paint coating. Thy just released a version 2 which is supposed to provide better characteristics.

Also check out the Blackfire Crystal coat. Another easy coating to apply. I have not used the new V2 of PBL but I like the Blackfire Crystal coat compared to the PBL v1.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

Simply nothing easier than Optimum Gloss Coat...and with their track record in coatings you can`t go wrong. Going on a year on my black MB in this Texas Heat, Snow, and Ice....and still going strong. Still acting like the day I got it.

I agree with everyone above. Pinnacle Black Label is very easy. I have V1 on my Saleen and really enjoy it.

A recent post by silverfox piqued my interest in Polish Angel Viking Coat. Looks hard to screw up.

Indeed it is, no worries about high spots. Just apply thin, let it set and buff off. Make sure to keep an extra pair of drawers handy - you`ll need them when you see the results

Can`t get any easier than to apply Gloss Coat thin and continue around car. No buffing required at all unless you get some high spots, but then again those are just a handful of spots and not an entire vehicle.

PBL is my choice as easiest. I still have a difficult time believing the 3 year statement, but I top it with wax anyway. Just make sure you follow the instructions on how to prep the paint.

How much does wax improve the look? I`ve heard the wax won`t really stick to a coating, but I`m addicted to waxing so I`ll want to top with 915.

If your looking for a easy to apply, fool proof coating...try Igreenlover Poly.....excellent durability and way too easy to apply

Wax on top of coatings will provide the warm glow of carnauba. Waxes tend to not last long, but there`s no harm is applying more. I find myself using a spray wax just about every time I wash the vehicles
