Hey guys,
Just washed my car using the Gary Dean method...do you wash your micro fiber cloths after every wash? Or do you just rinse them out and hand wash them?
Thanks

Blackfire Microfiber cleaner, best stuff out there imo.
Wait till there is a sale, I got a gallon for $29. Lasts you quite awhile.
I wash mine after every use with Blackfire micro wash. Leaves my towels like new.
BF MF Wash after every wash.
I have used the BF MF wash and it is very nice but way to expensive. I have been using CGMF wash and it works just as well for me.
Side note. I am currently testing the 3D Towel Kleen. It is 1/2 the price of the competitors. And based on my testing so far is going to be my new go-to for washing MF towels. I will have a full review in the near future...
I use either Micro-Restore or Chemical Guys Microfiber Wash. It is also very good to put in some Distilled White Vinegar into the Rinse Cycle. This really helps the towels get rid of everything and makes them very soft and more absorbent next time you use them.
Also dry them 10 minutes at a time on Low Setting in a Front Load Dryer. Dry 10 minutes on Low, check them. If they need more, let them cool down repeat.
Never hurt any towels this way and they keep coming back for more.

I like Blackfire Microfiber Cleaner. I liked it better than Micro Restore. I also dry on lowest heat setting and insure they do not get overly dry.

The Need to Bead
CG or BF wash. Use liquid only.
Regular wash - Griots Garage Foam/micro cleaner
Amazon.com: Griot`s Garage 11078 Micro Fiber and Foam Pad Cleaner - 35 oz.: Automotive
Heavy duty - Smart - VERY STRONG
Another tip, don`t accidentally stick one white towel in with all new black towels because what comes out is a bunch of black towels and one very light grey towel....whoops. Just learned that one today haha.
If you dry your MF in the family dryer, be sure to wash out the filter with straight vinegar to remove the fabric softener residue that builds up on the screen. That little bit of fabric softener residue will diminish the static effect of the MF towel.
It`s also a good idea to check the lint trap after you wash the MF. If you see lint, it simply means your towels aren`t as lint free as you thought.

Roshan,
You do not want to eliminate the static charge of MF towels.
It has a purpose.
They also use static electricity (the same thing that makes fly-away hair) to help pick up and hold onto the dirt. Cleaning the towels means removing the dirt without damaging the fingers.
while fabric softener and bleach will eliminate the electric charge that makes microfiber so effective.
Premium weight. 60 grams per towel. 80% polyester/20% polyamide. Removes dust, dirt and micro-particles through static-electricity which collects and traps deep with in the microfibers.
