I just got that - the smart wax - It is kind of expensive for how much you use - I did a load of MF and it said 2-3 ounces - that is almost a 1/3 of a cup. I had a few with some stains on them that did not really come out either, despite the glowing amazon reviews about it getting out year old oils stains lol.

Also dry them 10 minutes at a time on Low Setting in a Front Load Dryer. Dry 10 minutes on Low, check them. If they need more, let them cool down repeat.
Never hurt any towels this way and they keep coming back for more.

+1, the vinegar is the key.

I know, their smart line is like lexus is to toyota. The smart cleaner is WAY stronger than the chem guys one. I`ve tested both, on that note I`ll say the griot`s still gets the best fluff results.

Your only supposed to use an 1/2 - 1 oz. Anymore and it soaps up way too much. Less with more agitation is the key.
