    Like most folks said...

    Short Version:
    MED cleans deeper, faster but leaves marring. You will need to polish
    FINE works well, does not leave marring (or minimal) polish if needed.

    speed 3 was the recommendation I got from watching one of Mike`s videos. Seems to do the job. btw, I used it on both the 7424xp and the Flex-it`s all good imo.
