    Moldy clay?

Yesterday I went to pull out my clay for a BMW I`m working on, and I found that one of the pieces was moldy! In my clay container I have the OTC clays from Mothers and Meguiars, Meguiars blue, Blackfire polyclay, and some Griot`s yellow. Out of all the clays, only one piece (out of 3) of the Megs blue clay had some mold on it! I`m thinking it was probably the lube, but all I ever use is a solution of rinseless wash (Blackfire, lately).

I cleaned the piece off, kneaded it thoroughly and its good as new! Anybody else ever have this happen?

No! I didn`t know that could happen with synthetic clays!

    It happened again!

This piece sat in the container for maybe 36 hours between use, and what do you know, its moldy again! None of the other pieces, even those that were in direct contact, are moldy. I`ll try thoroughly working it with IPA and see if it happens again...
